Refund Policy

Due to the manufactured nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

Damages and issues
We will replace any damaged items, with photograph proof of the damage/defect and packaging. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the damage/defect item and provide a photo. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.   

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, email us at info@pazsalsa.com so we can help.
